2022 সালের এস এস সি পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি
গত বছরের মার্চ মাস থেকে শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান বন্ধ ঘোষণা করায় এই সময়ে স্বাভাবিকভাবে ক্লাস-পরীক্ষা নেয়া সম্ভব হয়নি। কিছু ক্ষেত্রে অনলাইনে ও টেলিভিশনের মাধ্যমে ক্লাস নেয়া হয়েছে। তবে তা পর্যাপ্ত নয়।
পরিস্থিতি প্রতিকূল হওয়ায় গেল বছর পিএসই, জেএসসি পরীক্ষা বাতিল করা হয়। এই দুই শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের পরবর্তী শ্রেণিতে অটো প্রমোশন দেওয়া হয়। আর এইচএসসি পরীক্ষার্থীদের বিশেষভাবে মূল্যায়ন করে অটোপাস দেওয়া হয়।
চলতি বছর এসএসসি পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার সময় গড়িয়ে যাচ্ছে। আগামী ৩০ মার্চ স্কুল-কলেজ খুলে দেয়ার ঘোষণা দেয়া হয়েছে। এ বছর এসএসসি ও এইচএসসির সিলেবাস কমানো হয়েছে। সংক্ষিপ্ত সিলেবাসে অল্প সময় ক্লাস করিয়ে পরীক্ষা নেয়ার ঘোষণা দেয়া হয়েছে।
২০২১ সালের এসএসসি ও এইচএসসির বিষয়ে এমন সিদ্ধান্ত নিলেও করোনার ক্ষতির ঢেউ পরবর্তী বছরেও গড়াচ্ছে। ২০২২ সালের এসএসসি-এইচএসসি নিয়েও পরিকল্পনা শুরু হয়েছে। আগামী বছর এই দুই শ্রেণির পরীক্ষার্থীদের সিলেবাস কমানোর উদ্যোগ নেয়া হয়েছে।
এ বিষয়ে জাতীয় শিক্ষাক্রম ও পাঠ্যপুস্তক বোর্ড (এনসিটিবি) একটি প্রস্তাবনা তৈরি করে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ে পাঠিয়েছে। সিলেবাস প্রায় ৩০ শতাংশ কমিয়ে ২০২২ সালের এসএসসি-এইচএসসি পরীক্ষা নেয়ার প্রস্তাব করা হয়েছে। এদিকে প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় ৯ মাসের সংক্ষিপ্ত সিলেবাস প্রকাশ করেছে।

It has been proposed to reduce the syllabus by about 30 percent and take the SSC-HSC examination in 2022. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has issued a short syllabus for 9 months
